THE AFRICANS IN MEDICINE HOSPITALITY PROGRAM

 The hospitality program is a free service for A.I.M. members who are seeking hosting for interviews, externships, or other professional engagements requiring housing accommodation.

The program is facilitated by a head coordinator who will maintain a list of members offering their homes for the hospitality program.

 A.I.M. members seeking hosting will contact the A.I.M. hospitality head coordinator who will contact potential hosts.  The coordinator will then provide contact information of members within the geographic location of interest to the A.I.M. member seeking hosting.  The A.I.M. member will contact their potential host to make further arrangements.

 At the end of the visit, both the host and guest will be required to provide feedback to the A.I.M. executive board on the visit and the program itself.  The visiting A.I.M. members are encouraged to send a thank you note to their host.
